All guests join the cruise at their own risk. While we maintain the vessel to high standards and follow all applicable maritime safety regulations, being on the sea always carries inherent risks. Odyssia Cruises and its crew are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages caused by unpredictable weather conditions, sea motion, slips, or personal inattention.
Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for informing the crew in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, or special mobility needs. Life jackets, first aid, and safety equipment are available on board, and instructions will be given before departure. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Loss or Damage of Personal Property
We recommend that guests avoid bringing valuables or fragile items on board. Odyssia Cruises bears no liability for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
Third-Party Activities
If guests use personal or third-party equipment (e.g., snorkeling gear, cameras, drones), Odyssia Cruises is not responsible for any damage or accident related to their use.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances — including but not limited to extreme weather, mechanical failure, or government restrictions — we reserve the right to cancel or alter the itinerary. In such cases, guests may reschedule or request a refund.
