Our booking and cancellation policy ensures peace of mind, with fair and flexible terms.

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made through our official website, via phone, or in person.
• A deposit of 20% of the total cruise price is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is payable before departure.
• You will receive a confirmation email with cruise details after completing your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by the customer:
  – More than 5 days before departure: Full refund of deposit.
  – Less than 5 days before departure: No refund.
• Cancellations by Odyssia Cruises:
  – In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise. Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
  – In case of bad weather, Odyssia reserves the right to alter the cruise schedule and destinations for safety reasons.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.
• Any bank or transaction fees incurred during refunds will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• Customers can request to reschedule their cruise up to 5 days before departure (subject to availability).
• Any changes requested after this period will be subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Special Conditions

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), Odyssia Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel cruises with full refunds or alternative options offered to customers.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for a short safety briefing and to get settled on board.
• All cruises take place aboard “Odyssia”, a traditional wooden vessel built in Thassos, blending authentic craftsmanship with modern comfort. With shaded lounging areas, space for sunbathing, and easy water access, your experience is both relaxed and refreshing.
• We create unforgettable experiences — from birthday surprises to proposals or simply a quiet day at sea. Each cruise is personalized for your group, and availability is limited to ensure an exclusive feel.
• Advance booking is highly recommended, especially during the summer season, as we host only one group per cruise.
